This video dates from 2010 on YouTube and the video quality is very much of the time, but the slow detailed performance is excellent if you are looking to learn the Yang 8 form or compare. I’m teaching this to beginners classes before moving onto the 24 form and this is the video I recommend for them to practise to. The Yang 8 form is actually 10 steps, with opening and closing forms not counted.
