Archive footage, in black and white and with no sound, of the great man, Professor Cheng, demonstrating his 37 step open hand form in the 1960s. The quality of the footage is superb considering the age and the camera follows his every move so this really is the definitive example of how to approach this form. The subtlety and softness of the movements is beyond compare. The flow and concentration is wonderful to watch, effortless and relaxed, it is easy to see why he was considered one of the greatest exponents of push hands. The Professor is still missed greatly by everyone that has studied and admired his form and teachings.
